Refund and Exchange Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds for any of our products.
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. In certain exceptional cases, we may allow for an exchange of products. Please note the following conditions for product exchanges:
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
- We do not offer exchanges for used branded flowers, edibles, infused drinks, branded extracts, tinctures, topicals, or preroll’s.
- If you have a defective cartridge that is a manufacturer’s fault, we can exchange it for the same item. The cartridge must be returned in its original packaging and must be at least 90% unused.
- Discounted products are not eligible for exchange.
In some cases, we may offer store credit for defective items. If you have a defective item, please contact us immediately. Our team will verify the defect and may offer store credit or an exchange on a case-by-case basis.
