Mr Pronto Supplies LLC,” (together with its affiliated companies, “Mr Pronto”) operates the Internet site located at mrprontodc.com (the “Site”) in support of its ownership and operation of licensed marijuana facilities in various states in which such uses are permitted by local and State law. All marijuana products advertised on the Site are offered by the Mr Pronto facility solely in locations where and under conditions in which such products may be legally sold.

Marijuana and Marijuana Product Disclaimer

Initiative 71: On November 4, 2014, Washington, D.C. voters overwhelmingly approved Initiative 71. On February 26, 2015, the measure took effect; meaning the following acts are now legal under D.C. law:

  • Possession, purchase, and transportation of up to two ounces of marijuana for personal use by adults 21 and older.
